Club Play Guidelines
Note: To book a club play session, you may need a reference from one of our existing players, or you can request access if you are confident in your skill level. Please review the “Rules” section above. If you agree to them, submit your request via our WhatsApp cancellation channel to have the club play tag assigned. This process is managed by the admin and may take 24-48 hours to complete.
Levels of Play:
- B - Beginners
- LI - Low Intermediate
- I - Intermediate
We recommend starting with Beginner (B) or Low Intermediate (LI) levels for a smoother experience in our club.
Booking Club Play: To book your court, log in to the portal and scroll to the right. You’ll see the “Club Play” section. For example, C1p1 stands for Court 1, Player 1.

Important Club Play Reminders:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Notice: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend by messaging us.
- Be on Time: Punctuality is key for a smooth experience.
- If You Can’t Attend: Please advertise your spot for free in the WhatsApp group.
- No Show Penalty: A $30 penalty will be charged for no shows.
